Local Australian Shipping

Please note we only offer Local $9.95 Standard Parcel Australian Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide Shipping with tracking)  With this option you will receive tracking information and peace of mind for all postal delivery addresses in Australia.  (Kindly note that this Standard Shipping method allows only for tracking and delivery to your postal address with authority to leave the item at your door. We cannot be responsible for items that are stolen when left at your address without someone to receive it).  

SORRY we no longer offer 'Flat Item Only' No Tracking (Letter - Australia only) We apologise that we have had to discontinue our 'Flat Item Only' letter shipping option due to Australia Post's new regulations on restricting all non-paper contents to 'parcel only' shipping. 

What Are Your Conditions For Free Shipping?  All purchases AUD$120.00 and above enjoy free shipping; please note that only delivery to Australian postal addresses are eligible for free shipping.  Kindly also note that the minimum AUD$120 spending eligibility for free shipping amount is after all discounts or specials are applied.

Do You Offer A Click and Collect Service In Australia?  We apologise that we are an online store only; therefore we cannot offer a 'Click and Collect' service. All purchases must be delivered to the address you nominate. 

What About Delays & Shipping Times?  There may be certain shipping delays at times to more remote addresses not within our control but due to the carrier. Please note that deliveries to Western Australia or Tasmania will take longer to arrive than other Australian metro cities.  Please allow for additional delays during peak periods or Public Holidays. If you have an urgent request for an item to arrive by a set date, kindly email us before you make a purchase so as to avoid disappointment.  

What Are Your Despatch & Delivery Time Frames?

On any given business day (excludes weekend orders), orders are packed and despatched with 1-3 days of receiving payment.  

Please kindly note that our packing, processing and despatch time frame of 1-3 days DOES NOT include the actual delivery time frame from our pick up location to your arrival destination.  Please allow up to 5 WORKING/BUSINESS days to receive your item and bear this in mind before you place your orders. Kindly note the additional delays in shipping times for all deliveries bound for Western Australia or Tasmania.

We regret that we cannot refund for undelivered parcels as result of unpaid duties at the buyer's destination country. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.  We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law(s).

How Do You Handle Refunds, Returns & Exchanges?

No returns or refunds for Change Of Mind

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please contact us at before you return any items by post.  Kindly note that we do not refund, exchange or process returns for change of mind.  Please consider all purchases (that have been checked out) as final.

Damaged Or Incorrectly Shipped Merchandise

However, reasonable replacement exchanges may be possible (e.g. incorrectly shipped items or items that arrive damaged) if the item is still intact (with the original packaging) and in an unused, saleable condition. Please retain your online receipt to qualify for all reasonable exchanges. We reserve the right to decline refunds, returns or exchanges at our discretion on inspection of all returned merchandise.

Contact Us Within 7 Days 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) if there is any issue or problem you would like us to look into.  Please supply detailed information including attaching images of any damaged items.  We regret that we are unable to entertain any reasonable circumstances to be considered for exchange or refunds after 7 days of receiving your item.  

We do not allow returns if the product has been wilfully damaged or has been used.  Upon receiving our approval and confirmation of returns, please include all detailed contact information with the postal return and where possible kindly provide a tracking number (with parcel ID and invoice) for easy follow-up and tracking of the return parcel.    

Who Pays For Return Postage?

We regret that all return postal charges must be borne by customers and not by Mic Moc.  Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. We regret we cannot be responsible for any return customs charges incurred.  To avoid any customs charges our advice is that you have it marked as 'RETURNED GOODS'. If a package is unclaimed, you may be liable for additional handling fees.

What If I Paid For An Item And It Became Out Of Stock?

Our website is automatically unable to accept orders for items which are out of stock.  We try our best to ensure all items checked out on the website are in stock at our storage facilities, however we apologise if for any unforeseen reasons e.g. clerical or stocktaking errors or from issues not in our control such as those arising from our suppliers.

In the event that the items you have checked out and paid for have become unavailable for purchase, we will take due care to send you a refund of the said item(s). You will also be permitted the choice of alternative options/store credit* to select from--which you must utilise within a timeframe with expiry date.

Payment & Despatch

Order Packing & Despatch - Estimations 

On any given business day (excludes weekend orders), orders are packed and despatched with 2-3 days of receiving payment.  Orders received after 3pm on Fridays will be only be processed the following Monday to Wednesday.  Kindly allow for additional delays to despatch during peak times such as festive periods and during high volume periods such as when our pre-order shipments have just arrived.  There will be timely announcements on our website or on our social media feeds in these circumstances.  

Payment Issues

We collect payment from your account on receipt of your order from our online store. All credit card payment holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the respective card issuer.

In the event that your card issuer has refused to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any shipment delays or non-delivery of the items in your checked out cart.

We take all reasonable care to ensure our site is as secure as possible to provide our customers with seamless and secure transactions. However we regret we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer in the event of any unauthorised access of payment data by third parties who may have fraudulently procured your personal information for their own unlawful use.
