Victorian Calling Cards' 10 Pk (Petit Ephemere)ビクトリア朝時代カード - Popular amongst the wealthy classes in New England throughout the latter half of the nineteenth century, these replicas of Victorian calling cards are little pieces of nostalgic art used to leave messages. Introduced by the French in the 1800s, endless volumes of these fancy bordered, embossed and embellished cards were in circulation from right through to the 1890s.  Poetry was often accompanied with intricate papers and artwork. 

This is a set of beautiful replicas of Victorian calling cards printed on quality uncoated card stock, these cards are great as ephemera to be layered and embellished with other mixed media elements like old buttons, lace/ribbon strips, retro die cuts and more (see as pictured). Use them in your junk journals or as memo cards to pen your messages!
