You'll also need an acrylic block to use this stamp as it is mounted on static cling foam.
Instructions: Peel off plastic sheet on top of cling stamp. Push into place, the side of the stamp with the printed image onto an acrylic stamping block, ink the stamp with an ink pad and flip over to stamp over your medium.
